SEO Executive (0–2 Years Experience)

Location: Bangalore | 🕒 Full-Time

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is ideal for freshers and professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about search engine optimization and eager to work on global projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to on-page and off-page SEO, familiarity with industry tools, and a strong interest in staying updated with the latest SEO trends. Experience working with international clients and platforms like Magento or Shopify will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs for target keywords
• Improve site structure, internal linking, and overall user experience
• Monitor and enhance website speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability
• Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices

Off-Page SEO

• Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority and rankings
• Manage outreach campaigns, guest posting, and content syndication
• Monitor backlinks, analyze link profiles, and ensure adherence to white-hat SEO practices
• Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and relevant digital communities

Analytics & Reporting

• Track website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools
• Prepare regular SEO reports with actionable insights
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and conversion metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 0–2 years of hands-on SEO experience (freshers with strong knowledge are encouraged to apply)
• Experience working with international clients is preferred
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Basic understanding of Magento and Shopify platforms is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach

Compensation

• Freshers (0 years): ₹2,00,000 per annum
• 1–2 years experience: Up to ₹2,50,000 per annum
